Welcome to the University of New Haven's Net Price Calculator!

Planning for college can be a challenge, especially understanding how to pay for college.

The University of New Haven's Net Price Calculator was developed to help families plan for educational costs. Results are based on estimated 2016-17 Cost of Attendance figures and student aid eligibility requirements. The intent of this form is to provide you with the best estimate of your aid, but your final aid will depend on your actual 2016-17 FAFSA results and your official academic information. Please visit www.fafsa.gov to complete your FAFSA and to learn more about the financial aid process.

The calculator will estimate your expected family contribution (EFC) and allow you to determine your eligibility for need-based financial aid. Use this calculator to examine "What-If" scenarios to make informed college planning decisions. You may print the report as a permanent record of your results. Help messages guide you through each step.

8 The calculator will take approximately 8 minutes to complete.

To help you complete this process, it would be helpful for you to have the items listed below:

  • Earnings statements (W2 forms, recent pay check stubs)
  • Bank statements
  • Student academic information
    • Grade point average (GPA)
    • Standardized test scores if available (SAT/ACT)

If you don't have this information available, estimates are perfectly acceptable and recommended.
